GREEK MYTHOLOGY CONTESTDear members,
we've grown a little since the new squad took over the group a month ago. I'm very glad it's going so well so far, I hope you don't wait too long to see your artwork placed in the group folders and we are open for discussion if anyone has any request, remark or a suggestion. INTRODUCTION

Hello! After some deliberation I've decided it is time to hold my first contest. It's going to be based on my story and original characters. The theme is spring. You are free to interpret this time in any way you choose.
My story is set in a contemporary Dublin, but in an alternative timeline where magic is possible. Visually, this means the world has been influenced by different historical periods as the supernatural world seems somewhat more archaic than its technological counterpart. Don't be afraid to use someone's style and add many things that inspire you to make a style, however most people usually get angry if you don't credit them! I have two separate challenges.
The first is to draw something NEW everyday. It doesn't have to be big, or in color... I have a page in my sketchbook divided into 15 small sections, and I will draw in one each day. So far I have done a cafe in Paris and a monkey. I had never drawn those things before. Both were just rough sketches without much thought, just in pencil.
The second is to draw a face everyday. I love faces. But ah, there is a twist! Each face has to have at least one new technique or style element. The first one I did was very different - it was colored in markers, I did the hair differently, and she has tribal symbols on her forehead.
I really want to stretch my skills and discover what I enjoy doing this month. I am very excited because I am getting a Fujifilm Instax 25 camera this week, so I will be doing more photography and I will probably incorporate some of
